[OUTFIT] Tiger Dress & New Do

My brother got me this awesome dress from Topshop as my late birthday present! It came in yesterday, and I am in LOVE with it! It is a little bit short, but nothing a pair of tights and some spanks (spandex shorts) can't solve. I also got my hair cut today! I did something pretty drastic. I was getting bored of my hair, and needed to change it up a little. My hairdresser agreed, and she suggested a strong fringe. I said why the heck not, let's be risky for once! I LOVE the outcome. Changing things up for Fall.
